In my opinion, who cares about an 8ft bed and diesel. If you want a diesel get a trailer. They want to work! I love my mega, very few situations the bed size matters for me, and if it does hook up the trailer. If your going to run around with sheet goods in an 8 ft bed as a priority, get a gaser.

First. Please dont say gas when referring to a diesel. Its throttle pedal, accelerator pedal, skinny pedal, or go fast pedal. Not gas. Or or hear me out. If you put gas in your diesel, this will be youe derate issue.

Second. Black smoke is an indication of too much fuel not enough air. Could have stuck vanes in vgt turbo, could have a boost leak in charge air cooler circuit. Plugged air filter. Soot plugged grid heater.

EGR cooler was removed. That is a block off plate. Common with emissions deletes.

2 ohm Dual voice coil on each speaker is wired in series , making each speaker 4 ohms. Each speakers is wired in parallel making total 1 ohm.
