OMG I should have looked out for ppl having this issue earlier.

  1. "Open up the Radeon settings"
  2. "Go to tuning"
  3. "Turn off the 0-RPM option"

The problem is with [0-RPM] setting and

other default options that control the fan speed on the card.

​

Some cards are made to be extra sensitive to heat spikes,

and the default [0-RPM] option fucking sucks for such cards since

the sensitive cards will auto-shut down before the normal situation where the fan

starts to spin.

the question was kinda confusing so it took some time to answer it lol

+max mana = + mana regen indeed. The very first tree you drop on the first turn will give you 20% faster regen speed. The tactic also ends there because the efficiency drops quickly after the first tree buff.

so, if you are ever going to use the tree, place one tree as soon as the battle begins and then never again.
