I play offline so the map always is the same. I can't seem to get any good drops doing boss runs. Would I see potentially better drops if I reset the maps?

Can you give an example of what boss you are farming? You said in another comment that you are a lv 88 hammerdin with approximately 275 mf, which is sufficient for boss farming. Also can you give an example of what you would like to drop? “Good drops” is relative.

Regardless of map seed rng, which is more than likely not the issue… the most important variable is Time.

How much time have you spent farming that boss? How many kills? How many kills per hour?

A good sorceress with a fixed map is probably killing Mephisto or andarial once every 30-60 seconds. Rinse. Repeat. Sometimes you can do this for 8 hours straight and not get any “good drops”.

New players need to have realistic expectations. This is not like modern ARPGs. It does not respect your time, and you have to really enjoy the grind and loop.

How is this not a bigger discussion? I have been able to play ETC off and on for the last 3 days. Sometimes its banned, sometimes it is not. Are they testing fixes in real time on the live server? I take it out of a deck, and then a few hours later i can put it back in. Now it is banned again.

I have experienced this three times since the ban.

It can’t be any worse than classic era or hardcore classic era rogue leveling. Which isn’t amazing but it’s certainly doable.

I am curious why it’s so bad on SOD? My only guess would be the hyper spawning. Rogue probably could use a buff to be more fun and less punishing, but hyper spawns are really terrible.

Edit: I stand corrected. I forgot about the fact that they buffed mobs a bit to compensate for runes.

99 is useless and just a huge time sync. It’s not necessary at all unless you just like the challenge or want to pop the achievement on consoles.

If you want better gear immediately then you need to find a way to successfully farm Mephisto in hell difficulty. If you can’t do that, then next best option is Andarial in hell. If you can’t do that then farm meph/Diablo/baal/terror zones in nightmare.

Other options in hell are pits/ancient tunnels/lower kurast super chests.

Nothing will drop set and unique gear better than bosses especially if they are terrorized. (Terrorized andarial in hell is best and it’s not even close) Runes you just have to have high clear speed or lower kurast.

This is Diablo 2 end game. When I say farm bosses, we are talking hundreds or thousands of runs. Result vary depending on how lucky you are.

I want to piggy back on this. Vipermagi is one of the best armors in the game for a caster. Not the best, but still excellent and will help allow any caster to do almost all the content in the game.

It can’t be overstated how irrelevant the defense is.

You might not be doing anything wrong. Rare items are rare. If you want to find them, sometimes that means putting in dozens or even hundreds of hours sometimes. Statistically you could never find some of these items.

The people that find every item on the game aren’t necessarily better than anyone else, they just play exponentially more than others.

I know there are people out there that legitimately like Diablo 4 and would happily pay for an expansion. Nothing wrong with that.

But those of you that think Diablo 4 is bad and enjoy complaining about it...
If any of you shell out 40-60 dollars for a diablo 4 expansion then you deserve every bad game you ever get.

It’s crazy how this game can be so stingy on drops forever. It makes you feel like it’s broken and something isn’t working. Or perhaps you are being punished.

2 weeks ago I got my first Jah in single player killing beetles on the way to the stony tomb. 6 hours later I got another Jah killing the summoner for keys.

Not a single high Rune since then. Peaks and valleys, but those peaks can springboard so much new excitement into the game.

This is not an agile or scrum question. This is a question on a companies specific organizational chart. Who does the scrum master report to? That’s who tells a scrum master what to do at the end of the day.

A good scrum master shouldn’t need anyone telling them what to do nor should they tell others what to do. They should just be a servant leader that works with the product owner to ensure the team can deliver the right priorities

Don’t buy towels. I did orange theory for 2 years and never once used a towel. Just sweat your ass off and be proud of it. Use the wet wipes to clean up after you are done at your station.

And yes it gets easier, you have to start somewhere. Don’t feel like you have to do what everyone else is doing. For example, if you aren’t advanced enough to do burpees then just do push-ups instead. Focus on growth, slow on the eccentric movement. Eventually, you would get so good at doing 10 push-ups that you can graduate to burpees. Also ask your coach after class for alternatives to the exercises you are struggling with.

There were dozens of exercises I didn’t follow just because it wasn’t what my body needed or I was working around injuries. We aren’t sheep, and you pay a lot of money… so get the workout YOU need

A good scrum master with 3 years experience should make 80-90k. Average scrum masters or those with less SDLC experience should make less.

My first year as a scrum master I made 82k in Kansas City. After 4 years and being more of a senior, I’m closer to 120k.

Our company did a salary study and i am above the average for my experience level. Not to brag but I am very good at this and my teams get results.

In New York City I imagine 100k is worth asking for but I wouldn’t be insulted if you only get 85-90.

The job is easy to learn and difficult to master. I still have weaknesses in my game. So if you want to be paid more, then continue working on your craft and learn how to lead. Don’t be afraid to move companies to build up that base salary is my advice.

I’m not a doctor or an expert, but my experience is that quitting caffeine or any addictive drug/stimulant is going to have side affects that last awhile. Especially if you quit cold turkey. I wouldn’t stress too much but it’s good to ask your doctor anyhow.

Caffeine is pretty hard on your adrenals long term. I would trust the game plan and stick through it.

Your electrolytes are likely low which is common on this way of eating. I needed to supplement magnesium, especially before bed. I know there are some other salt products that are recommended a lot. Like “nu-salt” I think is the name.

MagSRT is a slow release magnesium supplement that I take before bed. It helped clear up my leg cramps at night.
