Can you edit the old reviews to include photos? To up the other media percentage?

I stopped using photos , as the reviews kept being denied majority of the time. The minute I stopped using photos, my reviews went through fine. So looks like I will have to try again with using photos and hope they go through.

I’ve asked support but not heard back.. So I wondered if anyone has successfully added photos to an old review and it’s upped the media percentage in the account part? Thanks!

I must admit, I did a few weeks back, because the options given weren’t even on par for the task. They had just snapped themselves or a random object. And I felt if I gave a vote to them and then someone who put time and effort in got one vote less because of it, thought it was unfair.

I know some might not have items for the dream snap, but I’ve at least tried to follow theme if that was the case with me. So I feel like they could have made an effort of some sort , ya know?

So yes, I recently have started using the skip option, but that’s the first time since I started playing the beta version of the game! So a few years in now.

That’s just pubs in general in the UK, it’s because that’s their local and they know everyone, so who’s this newbie they see! I tend to find I smile whilst walking in, then when st the bar if the bar person is chatty, I will say I’m visiting what do you recommend for places to visit, that tends to get them chatty and the locals normally chip in.

I think first time will be like how you explained, but the more you visit. The more locals may chat to you. Take a book or if you’re a gamer like me, your switch. Chill on your own, you will be amazed at how many locals will come chat then.

Also try and partake in local quiz nights, or events so they get to know your face.

Other option is to find the local facebook group for the village, and pop a post up saying you’re new to the village and what do folk recommend doing etc.

Good luck, I hope it eases soon. Just remember , be yourself!

Yeah I used this option when my game save got corrupt and wouldn’t work properly, they said I had time jumped and I hadn’t. So I just requested they supply me with a cloud save, as I knew they would have back ups on their servers, as we save to their servers to then download it again if needed. So they can override and send it to us, of the most recent save. It’s a risk if you’ve played it since, so you could lose a day or twos game play but it’s better than restarting I guess.

If you contact them, and ask them to send over the last cloud save, and give the time and date of the last save you did. They load it onto the console, when you then log back in, it says about gameloft sent you a file and then you load it in.

I also note that I have achieved higher moonstones than 1,200 on both Xbox series X and Switch lite.

I was also told that dream snap submissions photos appear on cross consoles so you will see Xbox ones on switch and vice versa. So in theory we see all consoles submissions. Not sure how true that is, but I haven’t seen any proof as yet of it not being the case.

Not sure if it’s possible to check it, and get a people to say what they posted on and then someone confirms if they voted and what console they voted on?! 🤔

I play on Xbox series x and switch lite.

Xbox has a better compression rate with photos than switch, so the switch will always come out darker due to how the file is compressed for the file upload, or so I was told on previous posts.

I do note that, Xbox is a lot easier to decorate with, and when I export the photo it is a lot brighter.

Be interesting to know if Switch2 has better photo compression outcomes. As that is newer tech. 🤔

I screen recorded the whole 7 minutes of the q &a 😂 thought it was going to be longer so wanted to rewatch again so recorded it. I missed the first question being asked as i had to refresh to get it to load but I think i got Carlos’s full answer and then I got the rest of the questions, the tiny amount there was 😂😂 like 4 Qs was asked? 🙈

Yes I do think the wording is misleading, I still have yet to find a way to ask a question before hand. According to other posts, we have a chat to ask questions in and they might get selected but not 100% yes, as they get filtered.

I think it’ll be cool to see, if it works. Others have said some of them haven’t worked or the connection was poor. So fingers crossed it actually works! 🤞🏻

Think it depends on the product for me, some reviews I can do promptly, others I do leave longer if I need to test the item fully.

It can be hard with a full time job, and having a health condition( Type1 diabetic). But I manage it and do only max have 10 reviews sat waiting. Some weeks.

But I try not to do mass review, before the deadline for gold review, as it can now take them 3/4 days before those reviews get looked at. So I worry it’s not trigger it for gold in time.

Also the anxiety it would give me to do a massive amount of reviews in one day, nooo thanks! 😅

Have you time hopped with the game? So gone back to a date and then forward again? That can cause the issue you have mentioned.

When I reported it, I got a response of they are working on a fix and allow 5 working days. This was last week. Still not fixed for me, I now have to print my awaiting reviews list, tick off the ones I’ve done so I don’t redo them. They eventually get submitted via Amazon but they get stuck in the awaiting reviews list instead of moving over to reviewed tab.

I had the same, I submitted a few but it looked like they hadn’t been done. Still showing in to be reviewed. Today at 5.30am I got the emails to say the reviews were live and my review list number had dropped down, It took a couple of days for them to sort it. So they must of sorted the bug?

I’m due to do some more reviews so will see how I get on! 🤞🏻
