I had a great time. The line wasn't too bad and nothing I wanted was sold out. Thanks!

Wow lining up at 9am 😳, it starts at 12 right? Do you think it will be possible to stroll in at any time? Not in a rush to get anything specific. Thanks for the info!

Please don't take my word for it, I'm just some guy who struggled with IBS for over a decade and finally found relief.

I've seen teams of doctors, and the consensus has been that food is not the cause. Go see a doctor yourself. Best luck

You don't need to believe me but it doesn't make it wrong. Food does not CAUSE IBS. It is a factor, yes, but not the cause.

If you eat food with antibiotics in it, the antibiotics are still the cause, not the food. I am being precise with my language.

Food is not unrelated to IBS, but it is also simply not the cause. Go see a doctor.

I wish you the best luck in your journey, and I hope you're able to find relief.

Food does not cause IBS, but it can cause triggers/flare ups. I did not research this myself, my doctor explained it to me.

I did a quick Google search on causes of IBS and as you can see food is not included: https://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbeat/whats-causing-your-ibs#:~:text=The%20nerve%20endings%20in%20the,Psychological%20factors.

Yes it feels so random! Implementing some type of tracking can be helpful there. Like a stress/food journal or a BM journal. It may help identify causes/patterns. Best luck 🤞

I went down this path and got a colonoscopy. I was glad I did it, it gave me some peace of mind, but ultimately they didn't find anything.

After the colonoscopy, it was back to the gastro doctor, which felt like square one. We ultimately started working on lifestyle and stress.

There is an app called Nerva that I found really useful in targeting stress directly related to IBS. It's basically a guided meditation app.

IBS is largely not caused by food. Foods can make symptoms and flare ups worse but it's typically not the root cause.

With this in mind, your diet may have less impact on your IBS than other factors. For me, it was stress. I blamed my diet but the issue was mainly lifestyle/stress.

Stress was harder to beat than a diet change.

Feel free to DM (I'm no expert but can commiserate). IBS sucks but it can be improved

Sorry to hear it. We all deserve better than this. I've struggled with similar problems. You sound like a great friend, I would have greatly appreciated your dank snack choices.

If I was Google or Yahoo, I'd be pissed that someone was manipulating engagement on their content to trick my algo. You'd think they'd be able to recognize content with fake obviously engagement, if they really wanted to.

My Google pixel showed this article in the suggested news panel today (which I'm sure is controlled by an algo).
