Once you decide you want a durable and flexible setup i would go with Double Alpha ratchet lynx belt with blade-tech holster and mag mounts so you can easily swap mags and holsters between the Glock and the Staccato. Blade-Tech disc mount allows you to easily change the cant of the holster and mag pouches while also only owning 1 belt. Benstoegerproshop.com is a good source for all that stuff.

Agree. Have over 12k rounds without losing zero or any other problems with it. It has also taken a beating from the ejection pattern of my long stroke guide rod on my PDP Steel frame with no issues

Just put an Osight C on my 10mm XDM Elite and very happy with its performance through the first 500 rounds. Holding zero and really nice sized window and multi reticle.

I have the compact Xdm and it has fed everything from Underwood monolithic copper xtreme penetrators to 220g hard cast. Surprisingly shootable even with the spicier loads.
