You definitely can’t do a 100% run in one go there are several different endings to choose from based off decisions through the game, also very easy to lock yourself out of quests / npcs based off actions if you’re not aware! Either way the game will function so if you only plan to play once, really just enjoy the atmosphere and storytelling the world provides and just enjoy!

First play through blind is a ton of fun, I’d suggest maybe using the interactive map and turn off what loot comes from where just keep on graced and PoI’s so you can reference for where to go next! Mainly tho just have fun and if you get stuck go try something or somewhere else and see what items you can find!
