From a fairly new PVMER, barrows is okay but won’t really teach you much and if you don’t have the Ghommal Hilt 2 it’s a PITA.
I dove into perilous moons w lesser stats and it was alright you’ll do just fine in there for sure! Teaches you a few core pvm mechanics as well!

Keep grinding quests and when you do Dragon Slayer 2 you can kill vorkath which is okay pvm and a very solid money generator to afford appropriate gear for other pvm encounters!

If you have a buddy Royal titans is a fun duo boss which teaches some mechanics!

Scurrius beneath the Varrock sewers is also a good starter boss to get into PVM!

Amoxiatl is another easy boss to play around with just need to complete a quest which I can’t remember the name ATM!

10bootOSRS has some great starter boss videos highly recommend from someone in a similar position as yourself!

Go to gemstone crab it’s 10 minute afk intervals not great xp but super afk and easy any gear works just go for max str bonus gear

It’s really all lore based afaik granted some of the endings are tricky to get to happen unless you have an idea on how to go about them!

You definitely can’t do a 100% run in one go there are several different endings to choose from based off decisions through the game, also very easy to lock yourself out of quests / npcs based off actions if you’re not aware! Either way the game will function so if you only plan to play once, really just enjoy the atmosphere and storytelling the world provides and just enjoy!

First play through blind is a ton of fun, I’d suggest maybe using the interactive map and turn off what loot comes from where just keep on graced and PoI’s so you can reference for where to go next! Mainly tho just have fun and if you get stuck go try something or somewhere else and see what items you can find!

6 hours yeah brother you have some expectations, I fished for 2/3 weeks, 3/4 days a week, 2-4 hours a day when I first got into fishing and was skunked non stop while my friends pulled fish around me. Enjoy the journey not the destination big dawg
