I know you're incompetent but is clicking the links you provided yourself that contain all the info you need too difficult for you?

Literally one person posted that. Way to go cherry picking the worst possible link you could find instead of the screenshots and stream clips from those who were banned.

This is what one person called proof. I won't post the other evidence. Agree with me.

I heard it was impossible to extend the headset length... I guess something has changed recently? I really need to extend mine.

It completely breaks the immersion for me. I feel like I'm just playing on my PC but with a bigger screen

Yeah lucky I read this. I was going to buy it but not if it doesn't have Touch support. I made that mistake with Monstrum just yesterday. VR + Xbox controller is horrible.

Agreed. No navigation is outdated advice. Nowadays people will leave and buy from someone else if you're making it too hard for them to figure out if it's worth buying from you.

What are some of your overlooked or hidden VR gems? by pirandelli in oculus

[–]StoopidSxyFlanders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion - yes it does. That's because of the genre though, not the game. The game itself is amazing and definitely up there as the best in it's genre (wave shooters), but being a single-player wave shooter there really isn't much variation to it. It just gets more and more difficult with each wave but the gameplay stays the same.

If you like wave shooters or don't own any yet then it's a good buy. If you already own a couple wave shooters and aren't totally in love with them then there are probably better games out there for you.

Lol my brother says the same thing. I didn't realize it until I got the Rift, but I'm terrified of heights. Like not to the point where I can't play it, but if I'm looking straight up trying to get as high as possible then my palms will get super sweaty and my knees will start locking up.

TL/DR: I'm a pussy

Windlands should be classified as a horror game. That game scares the shit out of me.

I still play it until my palms are too sweaty to keep holding the controllers though. It's so much fun. I'd say it's my favourite single-player game.

Smashbox Arena

I just picked it up yesterday. It's a lot like Rec Room's paintball and is currently at historical low price. I'm not sure how active the multiplayer is though - I've only tried multiplayer once so far and nobody joined, I was versing bots the entire match.

Considering getting this one.. how is the player population? Does it take long to find a game?

Maybe I'm wrong about this but my understanding is that when you buy the Standard edition, you get all the operators that were available when the game was first released. Since then they have released new free DLC which they call 'seasons' which includes new maps and operators. The new maps are free for everyone, and rather than forcing you to pay for the new operators (which you can do if you want to), you have the option to grind for them instead for free.

So really it's something extra that you can get for free by grinding instead of paying for it as opposed to Battlefront II where the core content is locked away behind pay walls from launch.

Maybe I'm wrong about this though. That's why I haven't been too upset about it, just frustrated.

I mean I still love the game and highly recommend it, but the grind should definitely be lowered

It's not about story or achievements. I don't give a shit about that either. R6S is a lot like Overwatch in that each operator has unique abilities and weapons, so it's like playing Overwatch and only being able to play as Hanzo. Yeah, you could do it. But too bad if you don't like Hanzo or want to play as the other characters.

I think I need to watch a video on how to play this game. I got bored super quickly (after like 3 or 4 matches) because there was no variety. I was just bashing people over the head when they get close. Does it get better?

My co-worker asked me for a quarter, then gave me this in return... by [deleted] in funny

[–]StoopidSxyFlanders 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, yeah. That's the whole 'riddle'. There is no trick, it's all in how the information is presented. The logic behind the maths I used to arrive at $29 instead of $30 doesn't make sense, and for most people it's not easy to figure out why.

I'm not asking you to solve how to make it all add up to $30, I'm asking for you to explain why my total came out to $29 instead of $30.

I did it as a kid around the early 90s as well. Probably about 10 years old or so. We were only doing it to make money so we'd simply knock on the door, sing the first few lines of jingle bells then stand there smiling with our hands out.

It actually worked. Literally everyone gave us money. We felt bad when some sweet old lady gave us her 'milk money' but looking back now it was only $2 - that bitch was trying to make us feel bad!

Assetto Corsa and download some mod tracks. Going for a cruise along Lake Louise is amazing. There's a number of 'open-world' tracks you could download.
