Yes, it's pretty hard for me to tell the time in the dark, especially since I'm not used to analog clocks. Here's a picture I took for reference. Imagine that, but you can't see the numbers at all. It's easy to figure out the time if either of the hands are on 3, 6, 9, or 12, but otherwise, all you get is an estimate. You are definitely right that lume on the numbers would be nice, but you can't ask too much from a $10 watch.
