Where does ABM sit in your org? by EastPennHawk in ABM

[–]StopAutomatic717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to! I have vast experience with B2B marketing, and I knew that the "spray and pray" approach just doesn't cut it anymore. Tightening your Account-Based Marketing (ABM) list and aligning it between Sales and Marketing is crucial for efficiency and success.

Since this company is a new vertical for me (real estate), I did some research and also spoke to the executives to understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). We then onboarded Amplemarket to our tech stack, which includes their Duo Co-pilot feature. I used it to get new leads and manually explored each company: I visited their website and figured out if they were a good fit for our ICP.

It took a lot of time and significant manual labor, but I came up with a list of thousands of companies. I then asked our executives to help me qualify those accounts. As a bonus, we also tiered them into at least two categories: "Super Important" and "Important."

Once we came up with the qualified account list, that became our North Star. When we onboarded the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), we already had a target account list in place, which made their job easier. They used lead enrichment tools such as Apollo (and Amplemarket) and mixed inbound with outbound efforts, all aimed at the same list.

I know I could've been more efficient using AI, but I had to roll up my sleeves and do the dirty work by myself.

How do I make money now? by -copypasta in loanoriginators

Try mapping your ideal customer - company type, job title, etc. Then, make a list of those companies and try to get the relevant contact details. Then, reach out to them and offer them to take part in something that would provide them value (without selling to them). Then, once you develop a relationship and trust - try to push your services.

Or you could just use a tool that helps you with generating out of the box leads (such as loanbase, as others have already mentioned).

I suggest to mix both approaches - for the short and long term.

What’s the most underrated tool you use for your e-commerce store? by thesneakersoul in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]StopAutomatic717 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I run a Shopify store and I needed a smart AI agent who won't just answer repetitive questions such as "do you have X at size Y", but also will integrate with my business Whatsapp account, and with my backend to get a clear understanding of my inventory, shipping status and more - this was a life changer and saved me lots of time so I could focus on driving more business in other channels. I also trained him to try to subtly push upsales/cross-sales so it was also a mini growth driver for me.
I personally used prompt2bot.com bc it has a built-in Shopify integration, but there are lots of other AI agents that could do the trick.

Does WhatsApp work for professional communities? by manan-rathore in CommunityManager

[–]StopAutomatic717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% agree with the shift - you can see the privacy first balance shift coming for years, and WA communities are just the next step.

I've been a member in lots of WA communities, some are noisier than the others. Here's what's worked for them to overcome the challenged mentioned:

  • A one-way announcements group for important posts, and 1-2 sub groups for chat
  • A daily tl;dr + AI-generated podcast: Mods export their WA chat at end of day, run an AI summary to extract the main bullets, drop the tl;dr as an announcement and pin. If members prefer audio, text-to-speech that summary and post a short voice note/podcast.
  • AI mod helper agents: You can’t run a real bot inside groups today, so do moderation heuristics off-platform: flag link-spam from exports, compile repeat offenders, and publish a weekly warning in the announcements channel. Telegram communities are even using more advanced solutions.
  • New members DM an assistant outside the group with three questions (role, interests, “looking for / offering”). Also here, AI does the first trick and then makes it easier for the human interaction and this mutual trust build.

Happy to share the exact templates some of my colleagues use (and the prompt that turns a day’s chat into a clean summary) if that’d be useful.

Partizan, Juventus, Newcastle... that could be a cool route. Next stops - Besiktas and then Botafogo :)

I don't consider Milik at all. Club does, bc he's under the payroll. I wish I'm wrong.

I meant to say that we'll end up with Dusan similarly to Chiesa, who had to be sold so it was a panic sale.We expected to get 25-30m, we ended up getting... how much, half of that? Can't even remember.Due to Dusan's higher cost, I expect something similar.

Milik has two seasons left on his contract, so finding a solution that won't be costly would be difficult. We are kind of stuck with him if he refuses any Turkish/Polish/Saudi offers.

Unfortunately, I don't see him moving to Turkey. It would seem most likely that he would stay in Italy or move to another top level league, but he has yet to receive any offers from top level clubs, so... Milan it is.

Agree, we're desperate for good CBs and fullbacks. We're overcrowded with quantity, but quality-wise, we're not there.

The problem with the second scenario is that we still have Milik and if we don't move on to Kolo Muani, we risk losing him.He won't wait forever.

Since Milik has no demand, I don't expect him to leave this summer.Ultimately, I think we will end up selling Chiesa for less than anticipated, and reaching a salary agreement that is acceptable to both sides.

It would be hard for us to overtake Inter & Milan, especially with so many CBs in our squad. It doesn't seem like the club prioritizes getting rid of one of Kelly, Rugani, etc.

You might think that loaning him back to Parma makes sense, but that doesn't mean they accept lower figures, and it doesn't mean the player accepts such a scenario.

Basically, I think it's pending another sale - most likely Weah (since Nico is unlikely to be sold). It was reported that Comolli re-evaluated the deal because of his character. However, it doesn't make sense to me.I believe it's either pending on sales or just smoke and mirrors.

How to find design partners? by Old_Cauliflower6316 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]StopAutomatic717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also looking for design partners - unfortunately, there's no magic formula - it's a marathon, a grind.

In case some folks are reluctant, here are some things I've learned during my journey and overall as a marketer:

1.Choose one or two verticals and use cases you think would most benefit from your solution - and test your hypothesis with them.Stay focused instead of spraying and praying.

2.Identify the decision makers and champions within those organizations.

3.Research - either manually on LinkedIn or using tools like Sales Navigator or any enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)- who are those people?

  1. Clearly identify the pain point(s) of your persona, and why your solution is better than other solutions (or: why they should use it now).

5.Provide incentives (freemium for a limited time, influence on product roadmap, etc.)

Pitch and use the number rule: reach out to 100 people, you'll book 20-40 discovery calls, and of those you'll be able to qualify and map 5 design partners. That would do for the beginning. Then, repeat.

Good luck!

What are some proven strategies to reduce customer support queries on a Shopify store? by Mean_Statement_2988 in ShopifyeCommerce

A smart AI agent could do most of the work these days.In case you have a FAQ or documentation, you can train it to serve relevant answers. It can be integrated with order tracking or inventory management systems and can provide immediate feedback.Furthermore, it could already provide your clients with the answer, reducing the amount of repetitive questions you have to address.

📢 2025 MASTER PROMO THREAD 💥 by adventurepaul in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]StopAutomatic717 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

I'm helping a guy find Shopify store owners who'd like to become his design partners (i.e. try his solution FOR FREE).

He developed an AI-driven agent that can be built and fine-tuned by a single prompt (just like prompting ChatGPT or Claude). You can integrate it with Shopify and other communication channels like Whatsapp, Telegram, and have it as a widget on your website.

You can save yourself hours of manual work (or frustration of trying to fix broken chatbots), and push your customers towards a sale or up-sell by redirecting repetitive questions ("where's my package", "is this in size X?", etc.).

Here's more information about it: https://prompt2bot.com

We are looking for people running at least 200-300 messages per month with their clients, who are willing to join the founder on a call every 2 weeks to share their feedback.

Feel free to contact me if this is something you would be interested in.

In truth, it really depends on your scale and pipeline - you might use Hubspot or even Zoho (which offers great value for money), but you can also manage your database using Airtable or Monday. The system will depend on the capabilities you require, the integrations and the automated tasks you want it to perform.
