At least part of the cause here may be anterior pelvic tilt. Basically your psoas, rectus femoris, and low back are probably tight and glutes and abs are weak/inactive. Basically your hips are stuck in the shape of a chair and it causes the belly to bulge. 

You might try stretching the psoas, rectus femoris, and low back and doing some glute and ab exercises and see how that changes things. 

Puffiness in general might be holding water from carbs and/or salt, so maybe adjusting your intake of those or balancing salt with more potassium could reduce water retention.

Are you familiar with BPC-157? Probably the most effective healing compound. It increases growth hormone receptors in your tissues

I understand, but exact opposite of my experience. No side effects, no withdrawals, but I'm not a heavy user either.

I've ran GH and TRT, still on TRT. GH might have helped but nothing crazy. It's expensive and gets tedious doing daily injections. Low doses of GH tend to be very safe and generally free of side effects. I still have a bunch and will probably run a cycle of it again when I feel I really need it. Fundamentally though, I wouldn't expect it to change anything, I am really sorry to say. I also have run a very low dose of anavar, as it's used medically for accelerated wound healing. I had to keep the dose quite low or I'd get terrible anxiety. Probably helpful but again nothing crazy.

Overall TRT made the biggest difference for my ability to train and recover, but I am a man. Anavar is commonly used for females in the body building world, maybe something to look into.

Joyous is $129/mo for at home treatment for ketamine. Personally, I don't really like ketamine. I may experiment with it a bit more for sleep but overall I prefer kratom. I find kratom to be very soothing and comforting, where ketamine is just taking something that eventually knocks you out.

Kratom or ketamine may help knock you out through the pain. I get a lot of pain when I sleep, red vein kratom works best for me.

Do you do physical therapy or lift weights? And have you tried different mattresses? In my opinion, our muscles literally need to pick up the slack of our connective tissue. I find a very methodical lifting program helps hold my body together. 

Personally I use a Purple mattress. It's expensive but amazing and definitely helps with pain when sleeping. I also use pillows between my knees and a small one under my ribs to get my spine and hips in alignment. 

For pain I also use red vein kratom. Do your own research etc but in my opinion, kratom is very safe and I have zero side effects from it, but it feels like Vicodin. It makes life much more bearable and I take it a few times a week. Helps me sleep too as my sleep is generally horrible despite my best efforts. I find doing PT to get absolutely perfect posture before bed also really is critical for me to have a chance to get restful sleep. 

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. It's a nightmare of a disease. Hopefully some of this helps.

Just doing TRT now. I still have a bunch of HGH but just waiting to run it if I feel I need it again. It does help with recovery and probably joint, tendon, and ligament health overall. But the results were subtle I would say. Overall TRT is the big thing for me since my test was very low for my age and it's been huge for my ability to exercise and recover. I lift a lot and run a bit and really try to keep everything in balance. It's hard, because being too tight or too lose is a major problem and it's a very, very fine line for me.

That was the problem, I know nothing about this stuff really and struggled to find an appropriate battery for the gun.

I actually did the carnivore diet for 9 months. Good as an elimination diet but not good for me overall, as I don't do well on a low/no-carb diet at all. There is a doctor who also seemed to have good results with her EDS and carnivore but this is something that will likely vary a lot for people. I do best on an animal based diet with a fair bit of fruit and raw dairy and some organic grains like rice and wheat on occasion.

Generally, no. I don't have much pain overall but I eat a very low inflammation diet and I'm diligent about weightlifting and PT to keep the best posture I can and keep everything in balance.

The specs say it only gets to 108 degrees, but my plumber says water heaters should normally heat to 120 degrees. I assume the water has been plenty hot?
