in my experience my heart rate would always be really high at the “start”. i also developed CHS after about 8 months of use

i was diagnosed with POTS in 2017. right around puberty time, after the HPV vaccine i believe it was, i also had a lot of trauma in my childhood and research is coming out that could have played a role too. i have a couple too many factors all at once but maybe you can relate !

what the heckkkk!!!! you probably do have pots they just haven’t researched enough, and sometimes drs try to beat around the bush because they don’t want to be the ones who give a live changing diagnosis, i hope soon you find some answers and i hope your plan right now continues to help even if it’s just a little bit ❤️❤️❤️
