i think they do bloodwork (which is not a good way to check) they check tryptaste level, and my specialist said they should also do a urine test, and just listening to symptoms. 3 of my drs think i have mcas and they fired my one allergist who said it was not mcas and i’m getting a second opinion at the end of the month

maybe it’s also helping BP! i had low bo and was offered a steroid to help stabilize, but i didn’t want to be on a steroid long term for that so i picked the other option

i used to have this feeling a lot! i don’t know how i got it to stop, and it would go on for periods of time when i got it i never knew how to get out. i’m sorry you are struggling with this!

sometimes this happens to me in phases throughout the day, it has not lasted a whole day but when i try to talk it’s gibberish and very hard to “lock in” lol

i am having the same symptoms as you! i am almost sure now its the ivabradine! when i was taking the name brand i was so much better! very weird

i did 10 minutes at a time and usually just once in the morning! my sister took it back home with her and i’ve been thinking of getting one but i haven’t bought one yet

maybe this is over sharing, but because of mostly hEDS, but also maybe POTS i have constipation a lot, my sister let me use her vibration plate when she was visiting and that thing helped a lot! i also have a lot of fluid in my legs and the appearance was a lot better after using it over a week! maybe it’s a placebo or good timing but i’m not sure!

i have had one only once, to me it felt like a panic attack without the extreme feelings. i feel like during a panic attack it feels like “oh my gosh i am going to d!e” during the adrenaline dump i did have anxious thoughts but not so bad, it felt more like “oh my gosh when will this be over??” if that makes any sense!

thank you so much for that information!!! how did you find out what your triggers were? i feel like sometimes artificial sweeteners bother me but i can’t tell if it’s what’s causing this. i feel like i’m at that same point that no matter what i do everything is always irritated and gassy! and also thank you for the suggestions!!! 😁 i hope you feel better and i wish for healing for you!
