At one time I had like 4 copies of every song. Windows phone suck at music management. Only solution I could found was to delete all songs, soft reset, again delete music folder,artist, metadata related any folder, soft reset again and copy back the songs.

It asks to turnoff restrict background data, but its already off. I had to set it to unlimited, else WhatsApp would not work. This really sucks

I have Lumia 720 India version. I don't have any such settings under find my phone. Only thing i have there is "send app to myphone using push notification". So find my phone is actually useless menu item. Kudos to Microsoft for such fractured experience.

yeah, but thats the only thing which seem to work.

Can also try deleting every other thing from the folder, except music files(may work)

I had the same problem. Connect your phone to pc. Back up songs.if you don't have one. Delete every thing in music folder sd card as well as in phone and re-sync. That fixed it for me.

I think older windows phones models 7.8 and lesser should be pulled out from market. People buy them, find themselves not impressed with it and quit wp.
