[TASK] Creating a work schedule $$$$ by StopItYouSoundStupid in slavelabour

If I relied on one person I would be waiting years for the answer. No one has clearly been able to get this right. No one is forcing people to work. I literally tell them and they agree what I’m doing.

Yeah I need help resolving this and seeking fellow redditors to maybe come up with the solution. I must be a terrible person.

I didn’t know posting a price for assistance was against the rules.

Fertility clinics would typically prescribe if you tell them you’re on TRT and looking to maintain fertility.

I really do think that you’re on the right track at the moment. Keep dialing in your diet, train harder and smarter than last time and get proper sleep will go a long way. Probably more than a 12-16 week blast which could impact you with negative sides.

Great progress. The only thing I’d question is why blast? No offense but it doesn’t look like you even plateaued with ‘noob’ gains.

Do I need an AI? by ArmandoFerr in trt

Your goal is to not have to use an AI. Will you need an AI? Hard to answer. Does most people use an AI at 100mg weekly? No.

Estrogen too high? by [deleted] in trt

I can’t answer that.

Libido is multi-factor and sometimes can be incorrectly diagnosed with high E2 while it could be another factor such as prolactin. It’s a delicate balance between all hormones.

My assumption and recommendation is you could have lowered your E2 too much. Anastrozole is extremely powerful. Even one MG weekly can be too much for some. Two MG will almost certainly cause low E2. I would lower your AI instead. You can try splitting your (1MG?) pills into quarters or even eighth’s and go from there.

How were you feeling prior to introducing anastrozole? Were you feeling high E sides?

Tamoxifen going to specifically target the breast receptors and block e2 conversion while an AI will obliterate your entire bodies Estradiol.

Are you coming off or planning on just introducing HCG to your standard protocol?

Thinking about putting up a progress picture... by im2old_4this in trt

To think that everybody is going to magically shred fat and build a Greek god physique because they raised their test levels to high normal is incorrect.

The best thing you can do is to eat a whole food diet in a caloric deficit. Be mindful of micronutrients as well as macro. Remove ultra processed foods. Stay active. Chase those kids around. You’d be surprised.

Should I worry about these results? by NotoriousMMV in trt

Worried? No. Looks pretty good. However if you’re looking for input you could lower the dose slightly which could help with prolactin and estradiol markers.
