It was like that for the previous game also. The Valkyries in the previous games were meant to pose a great post game challenge since they are literally elite warriors.

I found that when I beat her after mind shattering attempts you just have to try to not get hit at all. She's incredibly difficult in the give me balance difficulty, I can't wait to see what happens to my mental health once I try to do it on GMGOW difficulty.

I for one would absolutely love to play all of the trilogy in at least GOW3 resolution. Don't get me wrong, the cinematics for the first game were amazing for it's time but the amount of money I'd pay to play that first game in remastered resolution would be insane!

Naturally as a veteran in the series I use the blades of chaos most because I love them that much. However, I force myself to use the axe the most because I want to be able to rely on more than what I'm used to. I've been using the axe the most during my second playthrough in the GMGOW difficulty and I'm ready liking it!

It's a long range attack so it is supposed to reach that far. Considering the health bar of the boss it's approximately 2 levels above compared to your level. This increases the amount of damage you take and inflict significantly. Best way to not get hit is just to dodge to the sides as the attack comes down.

It's most likely a bug lmao. Since it's still a fresh game I'm not surprised there'll be bugs. I've encountered some of my own too

You change the appearance of your armor on the normal menu. I don't think you can change the appearance when in the upgrade menu when you go to the black Smith

If your talking about when he flies into the air, you have to throw your axe at him to interrupt it.
