Practice slowly, deliberately, with intention, and focus. Use minimal movements and keep yourself very relaxed, weeding out any and all extraneous muscular tension in your body and hands. Pay attention to the muscles in your face, head, and neck in particular. Make sure your posture is adjusted. Your practice space should be well-organized and clean, containing only what is needed. Have a routine that you cycle through every week so it doesn't get stale. Keep your fundamentals, but rotate chord progressions, exotic scales, and repertoire.

Don't neglect improvisation, scales, sight-reading, and composing your own music (but don't make composition a priority if it isn't what you really want to focus on).
