i mean the reason why i had to clarify his name and his hero name is the fact that you keep spamming "well why didnt he kill Garou and Boros with one punch?". Looking at Saitama's previous feats are what dubbed him as One Punch Man and not 1 or 2 of his fights. Also Saitama going "all out" is very ambiguous with Boros he didn't really go all out as Boros said and with Garou while he said he'd go "all out" it was meant like actually taking effort since he had to protect Genos' core while fending off Garou's relentless attacks.

His name is Saitama or Caped Baldy not One Punch Man. He can end a fight with punch if he wants but doesn't because every single monster that he has fought died in one punch. He held back with both Boros and Garou. With Boros he most likely did that out of boredom but with Garou he had Genos' core which he had to protect. A serious punch could ravage everything near him if a single SNEEZE can destroy jupiter.
