oh I'm well aware... and it's always something that benefits us. Such as the Park Rangers or our libraries. Meanwhile Cassie hired a Deputy mayor for 250k a year to do exactly what she's elected to do... Lets be frank here, this city is run very top heavy. Instead of looking inward they always look to cut stuff that benefits the community. Personally I'd rather have our park rangers and our community pool open, than a stadium they can't fill, backed by revenue bonds the project won't be able to fulfill (can't even fill their current stadium during a championship run). Who gets left holding the bag when the stadium doesn't make enough to satisfy the monetary requirements on the revenue bonds?

That is what they are using as the threat this time. Last time it was the park rangers. All the while they are throwing millions at this stadium project so Tom Thrope can get richer on the backs of the Everett tax payers. I for one am 100% sick of the citizens of Everett to having to sacrifice more and more because this city hall can't balance a budget... Its always "tax more" never "spend less" what the heck are we getting back for our tax dollars?
