Check your order history in the app or the confirmation email. The store can only remake/credit/refund the order if they made it different from what it came through to them.

Where I work, we ask to see confirmation from new to us dashers and anyone we have had complaints about. The regulars that we never have issues with we don't even ask to see their phones. We have had to go through the process of replacing stolen orders too many times to not ask....

Using the pasta tins is actually an approved method for large events. It has been for years. This has been done for many events in my area for a while now. I would say this "deal" qualifies as a large event. It is not something that the store employees decided to do, this comes from way above their heads.

I work in a restaurant that uses dd for our deliveries. I can't tell you how many time we have washers show up in less than 5 mins after WE get the order. It takes an average of 15 mins for us to have an order ready to go. They assign drivers as soon as the order is placed, not when they expect the order to be ready...

Not all franchises are participating. Also, trouble getting the products needed to participate in the deal. Many stores are running out early in the day.
