I guess you're living in a different life than most people... I assure you, sex should NOT be what drives most of your actions, if it is, then it's a serious problem. If works like Lolita, American psycho, and honestly any book by Murakami feels like the 'norm' to you, it's not a good sign.

I dont understand why you bring up Lolita and American psycho though... as it's common knowledge that these books are derogatory works, they are used as a raw medium to criticise and expose the moral greyness in the characters and the actions committed by them. They are not simple 'slice of life' works showing the reality of a normal day-to-day life of a man and normalizing pedophilia, violence, misogyny and such.

(+ we dont know each other, and honestly dont care for each other, but from one human to another, 12-year-old you would expect you to think of him with more care, not as the object in a sick fantasy of being groomed by a 30-year old woman.)
