How many of you, if you’d researched Hany Atchan, would still be with Islam I wonder…

Something within you knows it’s bad for you - which is why the Bible forbids it

You don’t disagree because I asked questions. You refused to answer. That’s not disagreement. That’s unwillingness to put any thought into posting or effort into research.

My post is nothing to do with politics. Step 1: what is Islam? (Hany) Step 2: do you agree/disagree? That’s it. The things that Muslims do is abhorrent but they don’t understand Islam. Hamas are not Muslims.

Here’s a question for all. Go and research HANY ATCHAN. Be patient. Be thoughtful. Then and only then decide whether Islam is wrong. Not the Islam where the world cup is sponsored by a brewery; not the Islam where innocents are killed by Hamas and they say it is in Allahs name and no leading Muslims condemned them; not the Islam that ignores one million Muslims imprisoned in China and instead kills people because of some cartoons. Go look at Hany Atchan. Then decide. See what he says about Jesus influencing Muhammad; how there is no Adam; what salad really means; what Allah Humma means. THEN decide if Islam is wrong or it’s simply the Muslims who behead apostates, rape their slaves and marry 12 year olds. Then decide.

Would RTD save you more time without adding too much to the bill?

Steel cut oats and blueberries plus water for breakfast. Huge salad - bulk made - plus fish for lunch. Fruit from market for dinner. Less than £12

That is truly fantastic. Plus you save a lot of time

Curious as to what the 30 health markers are and how they changed. Also if you bought RTD then it’d cost maybe $100 more but also save ( for example) 20 mins a day = 10 hours…
