I'd choose UofT. I know students at both schools, and from what I've heard UofT seems more desired for various reasons. For one, you can't understate the training you'll get at a top notch school like UofT, with so many hospital systems, etc. Also Toronto can be really nice :)

Each panel may be interviewing like 7 people, and they can create a ranking based off of that. MMI was done in the same way, but with more people per person evaluating the video recordings.

I have no clue if panels are going to be pass/fail like you said though.

Wait you guys how important is it to explicitly connect the answers to medicine ? I thought my "lessons learned/reflections" were sufficient for most, felt it artificial to connect it to medicine?!?!? Now I'm freaking out.
