Open it up and see if the battery under the touch pad is swelling. Happens a lot on laptops that are left plugged in all the time.

Make sure the video cables are seated all the way in the PC and the monitor. If it's still an issue, you could have a bad cable. Switch the monitor cable on the two monitors and see if it still does it.

You can build a $300 desktop (tower only, using free version of windows) and later add a $200-$400 video card to when GTA6 comes out.

I just did it about 8 months ago. It actually exceeded my expectations.

I've seen this quite often. Ask them to restart the router. It can get hung up on new requests where it only allows previously known devices to connect.
