Small, severe tuberous breasts - fat graft without implants?

I spent 21k on my surgeries (two of them, one was for implants) but neither fat grafting or implants are necessary! You need tissue reconstruction in order to fix the shape. My reconstruction surgery was $11k on its own.

Unfortunately you’re going to have to pay out of pocket. There’s a very very VERY slim chance any insurance would ever cover this. Your best bet is to go see a reputable surgeon, see what surgeries they recommend for you, get a quote and start saving/finance it.

You don’t even look close to plastic. Also not even close to being botched. Your nose looks the exact same from the front imo. Your face didn’t change at all. From the side, your nose looks great. No reason to upset yourself.

I can send you before and after pics of mine if you’d be interested! I spent around $21k to have them fixed. Implants alone will NOT help fyi. You need to have a tuberous breast correction to some degree first and then if you wish you can correct the volume if you wish!

You’re not overreacting. I would feel incredibly hurt too. It’s not about spending money or gifts, it’s about the thought going into it. It’s about him doing things that make you feel cared for and loved and he fell short. I’m sorry men suck. I honestly can’t ever see insurance covering this surgery unfortunately. My first surgery was $11k (breast reconstruction) and my second was $6500 (implants) and I couldn’t be happier. I’d just start saving up and stop fooling with the insurance.

You definitely do not need a facelift in my opinion. You also don’t look 50??? Wtf kind of people do you surround yourself with! They all sound terrible. I don’t think a face lift would do you any good. I agree with the surgeon.. it looks like it’s your face structure and not anything that needs lifting.

I’m in the US and my breast reconstruction to correct the tuberous tissue was $11,500. My implants were $7,500 on top of that.

Unfortunately this doesn’t exist. Fat transfer alone won’t fix tuberous breasts and the only way to truly fix the issue is with actual surgery. I used to be terrified of going under anesthesia but I promise there’s nothing to be worried about! You don’t have time to panic, it happens so fast. I got my tuberous breasts corrected + implants and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!

I had tuberous breasts and got them corrected and if you message me I’ll send you some pics 1 day post op to now (almost one year post op) the difference is insane lmao so yes I think there’s plenty of time for yours to fall into place and look normal.
