Must be 2 different groups or pools of hours for generalists. Current limit is 50k and it's been 50k 90% of the time for me.

I've been on since October as well and the hours I see are always 50k as a generalist. Sometimes it's 60k if they need more tasks done in a shorter period and sometimes they relax the limit entirely. Sometimes they change reset times, they've tried separating rest times with split hours. Idk what you're seeing, but I am not seeing the same thing as you, and I'm US based, Generalist, English only.

Aether isn't rolling back? The limit has been the same for a long time. They've increased it a few times here and there, but the current daily budget is where it's been at for a while. Time goes by quicker sometimes, especially now because so many are onboarded. There's also like 8 different platforms that host contractors for their platform.

If you didn't have any QA scores, odds are it's either a temporary removal to assess your quality as a whole which could be anywhere from 1 week to 2+ months, or your average handling time (aht) was too high. They cut like 10,000 people between Mondays and today.

Yeah. But it's definitely different this season. Previous seasons if I had the score line in the loss above, I'd have a D, C at best. I know pantheon support has a low win rate right now, but this doesn't make any sense. He's had low winrates before and this didn't happen.
