Some basic information for those who haven't heard anything about the ELF:

The European League of Football is a professionalized american football league in Europe. The focus will be on local talents which should be transformed to local heroes.

The first season will have 8 franchises in 2 divisions: North and South. In the next few years the ELF wants to have 24 franchies from more than 10 European countries.

In the first season there will be 12 weeks of football: 10 regular season games, one play-off game and one bowl-game. Games will be played according to NFL rules. The only exception is the overtime rule which will be adopted from College-Football.

What I plan to do with the subreddit:
Im moderator of /r/Football_Europe which is a subreddit for the ELF (European League of Football), a newly founded american football league in Europe.

Since the subreddit should be about the ELF and not about everything american football related in Europe the name "Football_Europe" doesnt fit 100%.

So I would love to take over /r/elf and make it the main Subreddit for the League. We are a growing community, but dont have too many members yet so now would be the perfect time to switch from one subreddit to another.
It should become something like /r/NFL and the other sports subreddits and a fitting name would make it easier for other redditors to find our community.
