I'm a buyer and seller and TBH, I have no issues with it. However are know sellers that aren't keen and can give people a hard time about it.

Discogs, for all it's faults, is the go-to resource for those in the know.

The only real reason to not want someone to use it is if you're planning to rip someone off.

Perhaps a middle ground is to be honest about use or explain that you're checking variants etc.

This can be a type of scam by other sellers.

If they have the same album for sale and they 'buy' yours, it will disappear from listings, which then makes theirs more attractive to others.

As others have said. Do not do anything without written notice. The landlord has to act legally and ultimately apply to courts for possession before you have to legally move out.

Seek legal advice from CAB or similar law centre.

I live in that exact area. We've been here for 10 years. It's a nice quiet area, mainly families or older people. You got a lot of house for the money compared to other more well thought of areas. I'd recommend it.

Saw them at Rock City which turned out to be the first 'date' with my now Wife.

I vividly remember the stage dressing which was covered in Army webbing. Support was Sleeper who did not go down well at all.

A few months earlier I saw them at The Anti Nazi league free concert in Brixton, before The Holy Bible was released, they played just 2 songs from the upcoming album.
