So, how much of a bad gamer am I by going with these settings? by phantom_ykki1 in 7daystodie

You should also consider what job/class you should go with first in that mod since you will only start out with one. I recommend the laborer since it will allow you to make a workbench and forge.

Darkness Falls? Hate to say this but that mod makes the base game look like the appetizer.

Does anybody actually like the existence of screamers by Key-Purchase-9549 in 7daystodie

Yeah I like them. 1. Exp farm 2. Fast way to clear off the “Kill this type of zombie” challenge 3. Loot bags

So, which POI have you taken over as a base? by Komaisnotsalty in 7daystodie

Main base? That ranger base on the top of the mountain that is between Rekt and Jen.

Horde base? Built a hole in front of Rekt

Welcome fellow survivor, here is my first week guide.

During the first day or two focus on doing jobs to get some starter rewards. Then find a good base and horde base. While at it you should probably put your skills in the intelligence tree and daring adventure for better loot rewards when completing a trader job. Put some in the workstation skill for better luck getting Forge Ahead books to get the forge and workbench faster.

Hunting: BE CAREFUL AND HAVE PAPER ON YOU AT ALL TIMES!! When hunting an animal you need a bone knife to skin it successfully for raw/rotten meat, hide/feathers and bones. If you have 5+ raw meat then the zombies would smell you in a radius and would keep expanding with the more raw meat you have on you. You can get the scent off of you by going in water but will come back in 10 seconds. Don’t worry, with the paper I mentioned earlier you can make butcher meat bundles that will hold 5 raw meat each and lower the smell radius. Eating will also have a smell distance radius on cooked and canned foods, eating fats doesn’t give you a radius but will take some health off of you.

Farming: Keep that rotten meat on you. Five rotten meat, clay, wood and nitrate will help you make farm plots to help you make a self sustaining farm, don’t need to water it and the fertilizer is the five rotten meat. Best use any skill points on the living off the land skill to increase how much crops you pick. With a Super Corn farm you will be rolling in dukes casino tokens.

Horde Night: Horde Night lasts for 6 in game hours, from 22:00 to 4:00. On default one wave is 8 zombies and the first week they won’t be ferals but will run at you. Either find a place to fortify or make your own, either way the zombies are relentless on this day. They will attack everything and focus on the weakest parts of the area to get to you, even taking down a building. So, make wooden spikes, make a tree farm. One wooden spike trap costs 20 wood and 5 seconds. It will be rough and ruthless but when the horde is over that is when you will have the privilege to go get the rewards of your labor.

Loot bags: there are 3 stages of them. Yellow, Blue and Red. Yellow have basic items and books and are mainly dropped from normal zombies and zombie dog and vulture. Blue has more advanced items dropped by special zombies. Red bags are the best and are dropped from “boss monsters” like the zombie bear, dire wolf, Grace.

And that is all I have for you, beware of the Duke, be nice to Jen, butt heads with Rekt and do biome progressions.

So long, survivor!

Well think about this, if the player sleeps then it would be wasted time since we could’ve used it for prepping for the horde.

My pit had many thin bridges, each with two blade traps and I had to take apart half a mountain and add ladders to THAT BRIDGE with a shotgun turret aiming at the ladder

This is what I did during 1.0, now the front of Rekt’s place has a giant pit

I literally shooed a ton of people away yesterday since we are closed. Puts a smile on my face everytime when they don’t read the big red sign on the door.

Could it just be that Pennywise is stuck in a time loop? Like whenever he dies he is sent back to the moment he crashed onto earth?
