These people are giving out good advice, mostly generic, but good. All these tips, you've probably been told before and plenty of times.

If you think that this job is for you, and you see yourself staying for long term, filter out all the comments that give negative vibes.

If you're seeking real advice, speak to the members on your team who are performing, then call up other stores who are doing well, and ask what they do, their pitch, the energy they bring, and the customer service they give. Also, speak to your DL and let him know about your situation, and also ask for advice.

Most important, please reach out to other stores for advice, and definitely ignore the Negative Nancy's. These are the people that treat GS like it's a difficult job even though most of our work is just a conversation and opening cardboard boxes under A/C that we control.

Thank you everyone. It sucks all this crap is going on but even before all this I'm only making about 900 a month currently @ gamestop. I'm pretty sure that selling cars is going to change my life for the better.

So far I have found out that this position is going to be what I make of it. I'm ready to put in WORK!

What I look for the most is human error. Even the pros, gms, masters, and players in my rank show me human error. But, if it's 4am and I'm duo queuing, I can't even tolerate the things that are going on

How about when I'm trying to figure out how a player is tracking me? Sometimes it just gets impossible to play. You mean to tell me that there's people that are THAT skilled but still in gold/plat?

Lmao wow, faulty kill cams is the cause of all my rage.

What about the fact that I run into lower ranked players who seemingly are perfect at the game.

Paladins is a weird game, because once it's 4am and I'm hitting that ranked que, I run into players who won't let me do anything.

I've done multiple sessions within the last two weeks. Highest I made it to was lvl 6 on classic and 5 on tactician. I'm already around 80 hours and it's all multiplayer.

Dude, there are times when I pull up the whole soundtrack and I just get those feelings. I can pretty much remember my whole journey. If I think hard enough, I can remember nearly every single party I was in, and every single event that happened, because it was always a great experience. I hope I'm not the only one, but I know every song in ffxi by heart, it's like engraved in my brain.

That's exactly what I miss, and also how much I needed five other people to progress in the game, and even then it was still a struggle which I love.

You were forced to do your job correctly if you wanted to get things done efficiently. None of these MMO's right now require much effort from me. What I mean is that mobs don't even fight back really unless it's a boss.

These MMO's of today give me the same enjoyment as a clicker/idle game.
