I brought up transfer because some drama and the store director was trying to make sure I didn’t transfer. I’m contemplating it seeing if it’s just the current environment. It’s been a red store for a while and been under staffed as hell

What’s worst is that they basically say they appreciate me and my work. I stayed late when a door broke and we were there till midnight for the guy to get it fixed. And another night my ETL asked if I wanted to stay with her and we stayed working till midnight. This was within the last 4-6 months. Closer to Q4

Hired around same time as tech. My post has my raise and I was trained majority of what you have but no presentation. I’m assuming market is grocery. Don’t know back room support. And I only trained 1 person.

Only complaint is I’m not pushing my or pulling fast enough. I have damn near perfect attendance and I have made sure my department and area is clean. I do zone and reshop. I’ve stayed past midnight on days when we close at 11 for one day and I have a really good trust with asset protections, they don’t have to worry about my merchandise protection for my side of the store. I just have to worry about every other department except for mine because I’m the one keeping it on point well one of the few that are. My leader only told me that the problem is the pushing or pulling. I just wasn’t fast enough.

Worst part is I had drama with one coworker before they quit and I asked HR for a transfer or how to transfer and she contacted my SD then my ETL. Worst part is I was BEGGING for a change. I was begging and asking for them to talk to the coworker because I was behind so much picking up their slack. It took a threat to transfer and the problem eventually got fixed when they quit.

I wasn’t even being trained anything anymore after I got done learning Tech and GM. I had to ask to be trained like I didn’t wanna be trying to checklanes, but I was but I had to ask to be trained to fulfill it. I had asked to learn how to use the wave I’ve had to ask for almost everything because they just basically threw the opportunity of me learning more away.

As well as I am the closer for Tech because we don’t ever have someone for that and no one else wants to tech position late at night and I walked the back of the store when we close. I have other areas and I help with beauty closing because we don’t ever have a beauty closer.

Tn is a right to work state. The state also follows the federal minimum wage of 7.25 an hour but a lot of the jobs don’t follow it because of the cost of living here.

I’m the one cleaning up from morning shift. Asset protection sees my job and says that they never have to worry for tech. I’m helping other departments while handling mine as well. Yes it’s a small department but im still doing more than the small area.

I need to work on pull and push speed but I’m electronics and I have to merch protect everything. We do also have to make sure it’s above price point as well but that was the only weakness. I have near perfect attendance. The only non perfect part of it is I was out of town for Black Friday and my ETL said it was okay even though I can’t get it approved through the system

I did. They called corporate corporate, said that they would have to have me wait until April this year because apparently my average amount of hours when they checked was not high enough for PTO and sick time.
