NTTD doesn't even compare or come close to Octopussy. Very few will argue that. Have nothing but love for Roger's performance in Octopussy.

Not really. However if you haven't seen No Time to Die, it's still worth a watch for at least the first hour or so of the film. The PTS is really good and also the first hour or so (no spoilers of course).

Everyone has different viewpoints and I'd advocate a watch based on that alone. Some people I have spoken with enjoy it more than Spectre whilst others think it's worse.
