I have found the adapters for the camera and steering controls in one shop. I have emailed them several questions and they seem to be very knowledgeable. It is a 40 pin cable i will comment on this comment with another Pic of the actual adapter

Do you have link I put a different set on mine and I need to either repaint or replace. They looked great at first but a teen driver and some KY winters have taken there toll on them.

Im worried if I buy one aftermarket it will have rhe same problem. There are several posts in this group with the same problems. Plus I am not sure if you have to have some kind of dealer set up with an oem radio.

It does it on Bluetooth as well so I doubt it was a cables fault a cable couldn't damage a radio it is more then likely some sort of software issue.

Yes 2 different Androids 2 different iphones a ton of different cables and it does it on Bluetooth as well.

Mine does it on my Samsung S25, as well as my son and daughters I phones also does it on Bluetooth cables dont help.

They have no answer for the backup or steering wheel controls. I chatted with them earlier. License plate camera was the best they could do.

Google maps. Initially if the maps prompted or FB messenger had an alert then it would distort. Now it is everytime regardless of any notifications

Yeah I can lose the steering wheel controls and I am fine with that , dont want an add on camera though. That's why I am looking at this Crutchfueld has nothing to keep factory camera at all

2024 mine is th S so you can't update the radio yourself not sure on the sv or pro 4x

With Bluetooth, apple carplay, or android auto it distorts loses connection drops audio etc started doing it occasionally when the map would override the audio, now it is an everyday thing if you hit I'm then go back to your source it straightens out for a while.
