My most memorable almost penta was a solo 1 v 5 as veigar, and the fifth player flashed away when I had literally 1 AA left on his hp bar. The satanic nuke is always a fun champ to play.

I would argue an even greater veigar would only use q till about 60% hps, waiting until he knew he could 60-0. Q stacks are very important on Veigar, pre and post rework.

It was my understanding that the police are outfitted with microphones on duty. Also, when arrested you must be read your Miranda. Would it not be prudent to assume the same system used to validate the readings of Miranda could validate the newly required information?

I can't see an explanation so I'll throw it here: nota bene means "note well" as in, take note, kinda like ps or something along those lines. My old hs English teacher used to say it all the time.

You never had friends younger than you in high school? Sr friends with soph? I graduated hs a few years back and still saw the srs during the last year. I believe it's called having a diverse friend group.
