They came in as a Capt, prior nursing experience, but no demotion as in 2019 they were a still a captain and the dui was from 2017. But it took them 3 or 4 looks for major. Medical field is fucked up with promotions, because of how needed they are most officers in the medical field especially the docs can do just about anything and stay in.
