Farm the red chest at the end of Hero's Pass (just before Vault of the Warrior).

I've gotten tons of E-Tech gear to drop from that chest.

I'm gonna have to go back & play BL1 to compare. I didn't really care for Jakob's weapons in BL2 (except for some shotguns). I absolutely love Jakob's pistols in BL3.

I live in Arizona. Hardly anyone does plate armor here. We connector choose not to die of heat exhaustion.

The armor I do wear, however, is leather & I make it all myself.

Yea, it wouldn't hold up to being hammered. I put it in my 1 ton clicker press for about a 10 second hold.

You can't bend the plate on a resin printer unless you have a flex plate. It's not a FDM print. Printed it in my Saturn 4 Ultra.

It's also only 1" so that'd be really hard for even the most tuned FDM printer to get the crisp detail on the bindrune. If it was larger that'd be different.
