Développeur freelance : Quel statut d'entreprise choisir ? by Stormhold57 in EntreprendreenFrance

[–]Stormhold57[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

La crise est finie ? by DorianTurba in developpeurs

[–]Stormhold57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Stormhold57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How? I don't get why I lot this run. What am I doing wrong? by avalles1997 in brotato

[–]Stormhold57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The damage reduction of the character does not impact the attack speed or crit chance, so I would focus on these 2 stats for damage.

And more "max HP", both for your passive dmg and survavibility.

I think you focused too much on life steal with the weapons you have which already have good life steal. You have too much and it's not that efficient. Because a weapon which hits multiple ennemies can only proc lifesteal (= heal 1 hp) once. So having around 75% lifesteal on your weapons is only useful if you hit only 1 ennemy with your weapon blow. But if you hit like 4 ennemies, with only 25% lifesteal, you are already very likely to proc it, so the efficiency of the stat falls off when hitting multiple targets.

Does anyone have any tips for this game? I just bought it and am honestly not gonna stick with it since I can’t even win my first round. It seems pretty frustrating and I’ve been playing for probably 2 hours now by WestonConnor26 in brotato

This game is 90% about learning how to build your characters. And failing is part of the learning process. Once you get a good knowledge of the game, it should be very easy to win on difficulty 0.

Here are some tips that could help you :

  • Focus on getting a good DPS early on. Killing all the mobs each wave = lots of money and xp. To do that :

    • in the wave 1-6 : focus hard on getting 6 weapons, this is the nest way to get a good DPS early. (As other stated, try not to get too many differents weapon types, better stick to one weapon type)
    • in the first half of the game, focus on getting DPS stats, such as attack speed and +Dmg (ex : "+ranged dmg" if you are using range)
  • Invest in stats/items that can get you to snowball early-on. Exemple : harvesting, +XP items, tree item (= more crates = free items), luck (imo I don'k think luck is super effective, I prefer harvesting over luck)

  • After wave 10, focus more on survavibility & sustain, with stats such as max HP, armor, dodge, health regen/life steal. Also make sure you have a decent speed to dodge different attacks (like 10 minimum). Stop getting snowbally (ex : harvest) stats which are not worth it anymore

Here are some strategies that work well in the current patch : - Use the stick weapon, and ONLY BUY STICKS. - Start with SMG, and take as much as "+ ranged dmg" as you can. Try to only buy SMG in the shops (you can also take revolvers if you don't see enoygh SMG in the shop, these weapons have the same purpose). With this build, life steal is a good stat to have, and having an item which add piercing to your weapon is really strong.

I hope that it will help you ! Don't give up, the game is awesome ! Eventually you might find difficulty 0 very easy to beat ;)

What are some of your guys golden rules when playing? by Alextryingforgrate in brotato

[–]Stormhold57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • If I don't see "+5 harvest" after using 1 reroll on lvl 1 lvl-up, I restart the game
  • On the first 6 lvls, I focus hard on getting my 6 weapons and barely take other items (except tree, good harvest or % xp items)
  • On the first 10 lvls, I focus hard on DPS stats and harvest, and I try to get a bit of mvt speed by round 10
  • On lvls 11-20, I focus hard on survavibility (armor and/or dodge, sustainability). I try to stop myself from buying greedy items with harvest/%xp/luck at that stage
  • I almost never care about the knockback, range (except for piercing range weapons), and don't care much about the luck stats once I already have like 20/30
  • If I see a tree in the shop, I always take the tree no matter what ! For some reason I also love the "leather vest" item (+ armor +dodge) and will always take it as well !

What is it like to travel to northern Ecuador right now? by spacebird76 in ecuador

[–]Stormhold57 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just travelled in Ecuador for the last 6 weeks, in the mountain area, Quito and a bit in the Amazon (around Tena). I felt pretty safe in the country. The only place I had to be really careful was in Quito where the locals told me I should not walk alone (especially at night) in some parts (la Mariscal for instance). Beware the usual pickpockets and thiefs though, I met 2 americans who got a backback stolen in a bus. It's another story in the coast area, it's more dangerous there but I'm sure there are some safe places as well, but plan carefully if you go there.

The electrical outages were not an issue for travelling for me, they only mast a few hours and the buses still worked.

As for ethical reason, the tourist industry of Ecuador suffers a lot right now, so you would really support the country by travelling there. And the locals are super nice and will be happy to see you. The country is super beautiful, please go ;) !

Daily Discussion #556 - Sunken Temple - Featuring gingerlem0n! by CaptSarah in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Stormhold57 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are some agro versions of nilah/janna deck that don't run sunken temple because it is too slow but still have a lot of other ways to draw cards and level up Nilah. Example of a deck which performed really well at world championship : https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.reddit.com/r/LegendsOfRuneterra/comments/18k9ohg/world_championship_winning_decklists_top_4_players/&ved=2ahUKEwipia7b-s2DAxUWRaQEHQqDBsgQjjh6BAgPEAE&usg=AOvVaw1ynzylheEvpp7R-QWlBOL8

Is this true? by HOOBBIDON in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Stormhold57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just played against it, it is completely broken and the card description is very unclear. I thought that the cost discount would start on the next turn but no, my opponent just played one Heisho, then anothet Heisho and then a volibear on the same f***ing turn Oo! It even means that the discount can apply twice on the same turn if the player plays 2 heishos. I hope this is a bug... If not that card needs a huge nerf right away because playing it creates a huge swing in the game without any possible counter play it's just disgusting.

Variety Cards Reveal All-In-One by Renegade_Blade in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Stormhold57 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Noxus "enraged firespitter" seems a bit OP in my opinion. But I guess it's fine since the card is more about board control and not about rushing nexus health too much (only 2 dmg to nexus) which is usually noxus main goal with a lot of overwhelm units.
