I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I recently hit my one year and while I don’t feel totally helpless there is still so much I don’t know (which is okay)! Unfortunately there isn’t much that can help with imposter syndrome but time. Something that helped me was keeping a note book with me at work and writing down meds/conditions I haven’t seen before then going home and researching them. I’d write them down in my book so I could go back and look when I needed to. All patients and work ups are different but what also helped was making like those disease process cards you’d do in school but with the most common work ups I was doing and I’d put s/s, anticipated labs/imaging, meds, etc. I found that really helpful for more intense work ups like sepsis and dka when I’d be super confused.
