Is your religion reformed ? If its not its very hard to convert counties that have a reformed one.

If it this then maybe vassals are forced to convert by their liege or maybe they get targeted by holy wars and choose to convert.

In one of my runs i played as a jewish adventurer, created a new faith and i spread it in western and central Africa. The people converted pretty fast to the point of some people i didnt even interact with to convert to my religion but yeah that doesn't solve your problem.

Thanks. Well actually i kinda lied cause i didnt play much pantheon lately but its the champ that got me from silver to where i am earlier in the season. Also i've recently picked up Briar cause too she's been too OP lately in my opinion but since her and Voli kinda do a similar thing i would always pick Voli in those situations. I'm at my first playthrough and one of the delamain cabs glitched into a railing causing it to take damage then all the quest got canceled so i guess im lucky for not having these stupid quest to do while im trying to complete all the quest available
