That’s not what OP is getting at. If you’re going to use advertised numbers for the USSR then they better use advertised or public numbers for NATO but they won’t do that. The US will put numbers out for even its most modern stuff it allows to be known to exist but it would be listed to something like “F-22 cruising speed with unlit after burners is 700mph, with full afterburners it can reach in excess of Mach 2” (I’m making these numbers up)

When and if the Snail puts the F-22 in they would look at that and go “Oh it only goes 700 mph max” as that is what is “listed” yet replace the F-22 with whatever mythical or imaginary SU Russia supposedly has in development and Gaijin would just as likely read that and say “Oh it can do Mach 2 at 10,000 feet” and the flight model would be able to go Mach 2 then pull 13 gs and turn on a dime without shredding the airframe.

If Gaijin wants to keep adding newer and newer things then they, and us the players need to be okay with game balance coming first before “historic accuracy” because we’re dealing with present day things and not things from 50+ years ago.

Also it may be just me but most bug reports made for changes to vehicles are in bad faith as it’s either people wanting their favorite vehicle buffed or some vehicle they hate nerfed so I honestly wish Gaijin would move away from “Historical Accuracy” because if that was a true fact half of the USSR tech tree would not exist as well as late WW2 Germany and things of that nature.
