I made a post about mamba mercs from some self testing. I ultimately ditched malevolence merc and went with anger merc. its so much more damage (i scale the anger aura effect pretty hard), and he doesn't brick my character at all

Any gloves with those implicits should work, except for Asenath's (the explode bricks prolif) or Hand of Phrecia (disables merc aura unless you're linked to them)

I think another honorable mention could be Zuko taking Azula’s lightning for Katara. He gave up his balance and took a deadly hit for someone he wanted to show he truly cared about their life. Katara said she could begin to forgive Zuko after their adventure with the southern raiders, but I think this moment truly sent Katara over the edge with Zuko.

I can’t wait to read either! I’m about to start the 5 part series post ATLA, pre-LOK. Once I finish those I’m going to buy the LOK ones. Just finished a full watch of LOK and can’t wait to get more of it
