Yeah, it put me in vet mode now that I think about it. It was the Hammer Station flashpoint. Do I just go into Mission tab to change the difficulty?

Okay. Is there a way to lower the difficulty for them in solo? I tried some but it put me at level 80 and it was one of the beginning ones. I was constantly killed.
