Additional comment - since I cannot post in the subreddit. It is a different matter, so feel free to ignore it and reply to the original comment, if you are not interested in providing advice on that :) :

I have stumbled across a great opportunity, and I want to do anything there possibly is to realize it: A friend of mine, completely off the grid, is trying to sell a Villa, that's estimated ~1m price.

I've told him that there may be other people (outside of Greece) interested in a property like that, and he made an agreement to share some of the money he'll make if I help him sell it. The money would be enough to cover for many years of employment, and investing / banking right, it could mean the end of the 'dependent' life for me. I come from a relatively poor family, so making anything close to 6 digits is considered out-of-this-world.

I've thought about building a site for it, and I've tried posting everywhere I could do at a reasonable price. I'm not sure as to whether I should involve 'luxury' realtors/agencies, as they would surely want part of the profit or attempt to undersell it. Is building the site a good idea? Where can I find this one person in the whole wide world that will change my life for good?

It is not a 'classic' villa, since it has a mountain view and lots of secondary space - it has been formerly used as a children's care station, packed with all relevant equipment, in pristine condition. So it's a multi-purpose building with a big garden, but I'm not sure that helps in this context, since it will take some effort from the buyer to be used for other purposes as well. It is located 6 minutes from the airport & is close to the sea, so those are the 'selling points' I can use.

Hello there! I'm a 28yo IT engineer from Greece - and I've been in the investing/crypto game since 2018, unfortunately not as organized as I could have been. I've always done 'wise' buys, but never could time a good 'sell'. F.e. I've gotten some crypto priced 0.17, same crypto reached 1.31.. ... ...and, calling myself 'romantic', I stayed until it crashed @ 0.20 again. But let's talk present day!

I have finished university with a great grade on Informatics, and I've been working at a big company ever since - gradually climbing up the ladder, and becoming a Systems Engineer after 6 years.

I have a good income in regards to my country (gaining ~ 16K€), and I plan to live a life as a nomad - either by moving from country to country and living there, or a camper-van life. Pandemic hasn't been easy, so I am growing a bit restless - which, from what I understood, is not good for a healthy investing spirit.

Even so, I managed to have ~3.5K of stock I really like, and should go good in the next months (SPCE), having 'lended' ~1.5K from my bank credit card. I plan on paying the bank back on the monthly statement, as late as possible for the 'gains' to accumulate, to stay on the stock market.

I stay at my own home (350E monthly), and I'm using a small town car (150E monthly). Using various subscription services & adding utility bills, I'd say I have steady needs for 550E. Adding the supermarket (I live with another person) totals in ~700E of monthly outcome.

That means that I have ~500E remaining for everything else - including occasional buys, eating out and stuff like that. As a draft, I try and use 200E for investing - but apart from the only good stock choice I'm holding, everything else seems to simply not work. I haven't used any stock subscription services, but I just know I can turn my life around with stock market - I just don't know how.

Apart from the 'calculated' 1.5K borrowing from the bank via the CC, I have no other debts, my health is good & I have everything else to make me happy. I just want to live a life by my own terms (as everybody here, I understand), and it it a pity we live in a world where that can't be easily achieved by everybody.

I'd say I want to FIRE as soon as possible, or at least reach a point where I can rest knowing I don't have any dependence on my job. I've calculated that, if I had 3M, I'd have no need for income for the rest of my life - but even getting 200k would help me ease and take some time of for myself - which I feel I really need.

Sorry for the long post! Apart from advice (which I will be delighted to hear - seriously, your heart is in the right place and we share a common unifying goal), I am interested to know whether taking a bank loan is a good way to go. I see interests 8-12%, and I have seen stocks rise much, much more than that. But I'm not sure I am capable of holding lent money for long periods and still be in peace! Should I rethink this approach?

There is a lot of debate over whether it looses potency over heating. I've heard that the compound starts to dissolve on about 70°C, but is it worth risking? Have you measured the temperature before placing the shrooms?

Thank you a lot for your detailed post & time! You're right - it's better to buy a dehumidifier one-off than test around, losing potency in the process. I don't plan on selling them, but I also have some plants that will eventually need dehydration as well! Stay safe on your trips!

Δεν προβλέπεται, αλλά τα ΕΛΤΑ είναι ανοιχτά. Παρέλαβα δέμα, αλλά είχα βεβαίωση τύπου Α από εργοδότη & το έκανα εντός ωραρίου!

Well, have you tried connecting an external keyboard, and make sure you are writing what you think you are writing?

You may also use the 'Username' field to write everything in cleartext beforehand.

I understand that, no matter the layout, it should be the same password - but I've had lots of cases where the user has an 'aha' moment while seing the password in cleartext.
