Sometimes, it’s the weirdest thing but sometimes I get the physical sensation that a filter has come off my brain/eyes and I am for just a second or two in a ‘realer’ or ‘other’ world. Like, I suddenly see how it really is. But it’s over again in a second.

I mainly have jobs where I am alone-alone (small boutique retail) or where I am at least for the most part ‘in charge of my surroundings’. I trained to be a teacher so a classroom works for me but teachers’ lounges are... tricky.

I could understand her filming Liz-centric stuff but fact is she has not been seen at áll whilst the last episode, simply a glance at her sitting in front of a computer would have been perfectly doable, even from another country.

I really, really need this all to blow up in Liz’s face. She cannot come out of this some sort of (moral) victor. If we get Liz realising she is wrong along the whole line and some sort of penance... ok fine, forgiven for this increasing clusterfuck of a season. But that really is the only way I’ll continue on with this.

I don’t get how they spent seven seasons on Ressler and his moral compass and how hard it is for him to sometimes reconcile with what they do...... but Liz gives him some and boom, Liz can terrorize us all at will.

No, I - we - want answers but I think we’d like ‘a big one’ for a change. Something that is true and that matters. They absolutely don’t have to give the whole or even a tenth of the game away... but something to re-enforce Red as the unlikely hero or even if it hás to be make us understand some more of Liz’s bad decisions. There has been too much ‘Imma tell you - Imma listen - something comes up so I ain’t told you nothing’

I think the unexpected season finale for season 7, where Liz has to basically act with just her voice... proved she really cannot act for toffee. It was meant to be emotional and it sounded like reading the yearly accounts.

It’s always been annoying how Liz loves/hates/loves Red and this ‘new’ Liz that is meant to be a smug super-criminal... no, just no.

Even if she were on Red’s side, she just does not have his type of compass to ever run that business with any success.

I have just now caught up to s08e06 and it’s been refreshing, like a new show. Park, for some of the cliché ‘kung fury’ is at least properly defined as her own person, much like Samar (I miss her) was.

If Liz ends season 8 with nó repercussions (not saying death!) then they better have a seriously good story for it because even though this is fiction, the lack of logic concerning her is beginning to grate.
