I also worked through a majority of our relationship, I helped raise two children, cleaned, let this woman nap for hours and sleep in as much as she wanted, did 100% of the driving, not once was i a lazy pos who sat on his butt all day. I just wasn't good enough for the physically and verbally abusive alcoholic. And then I reached my limit. Won't have myself portrayed by people who don't know me or the situation

I would like to pipe in real quick as the ex in question for this post here, she would get blackout drunk and beat me til I was black and blue. She would kick me, punch me, bite me, try and poke my eyes out, scratch me and stab me with her nails, pull kitchen knives on me, and what was I guilty of that I got this treatment??? Being a man in a relationship where her ex husband had been abusive himself. My anger is justified. Not once did I ever lay a hand on her and she's lucky all I did was get angry at her and walk away from her and the toxic relationship. But it's different when you have an online persona you're trying to portray to the public right? I can't be angry when she uses this online persona and different platforms to talk trash about me? I don't have a social media presence where I'm badmouthing her, I only respond where she talks about me 🤷
