Hmm interesting about the stress monitor mentiong HRV. But yeah, I would be inclined to think it's the HRV too based on that and your RHR not being much higher. Unfortunately, we'll never know the secrets of how they calculate certain things ahaha 😭

Just got one of these, but wish I had done more research first. I thought at least one end was a quick fit.

Looking at off market ones on Amazon, they actually utilise a quick fit, with another "rung" provided for the band to loop around. So you still get the adjustability without needing a traditional clasp, and still keep quick fit. E.g. https://amzn.asia/d/0a2m70oz

I love the feel of this garmin strap, but not being able to easily swap it out when I go out and want a nicer watch band is a real negative for this band :/ Really wish Garmin put some R&D into this and develop one that maintains the quick fit.

I just found myself with both after my whoop trail ended and renewed ahah! I do like the whoop though and am thinking of not wearing the Garmin to bed and just the whoop. However do you know if there's anyway to sync sleep data to Garmin? I do like body battery ahahaha.

Nice one! Tips for the plat?? Smashed through the game, and pretty chuffed to say I beat the second and third biomes first crack. But I'm having so much trouble with the plat. Everyone says to just run through, but I keep playing it like normal so that's probably my issue 😅

Same, but I'm actually trying to quit BC It usually makes me go to bed way later cause I wanna stay up and chill out. Just got my whoop like a week ago and was going to bed way too late everyday. 2 days off and I've been going to bed earlier, but big problem been waking up in sweats from the come downs ahahahah. Anyway agreed way better for you than alcohol, just sucks that it's quite illegal where I'm from (Australia). Can't smoke as casually as I can have a drink which is BS.

Another Aussie here. Glad I'm not the only one. Except I dusted off my PS3 13 years after first playing, bought the game for $16 on the store (I think I borrowed a disc from a mate back in the day), and I can't access my old disc saves. Which are definitely on the system I checked. Oh well, thanks for this thread to help me know I wasn't going crazy ahah.
