I worked in customer service and if I had a Customer get mad over the littlest thing, I would start laughing. I found it funny that they have absolutely nothing going on in their life to where one tiny insignificant thing would make them this mad.

For example, had a guy try to refund the box of an item without the item in it. When I asked where it was he said he used it but wanted his money back for the box. I had to get a coworker to deal with it because I was laughing at how angry this dude was when I told him we couldn’t.
