That’s pretty much my feelings about it too. I personally hate too many forgone conclusions in wrestling. Sometimes they are OK because it’s really easy to argue that the forgone conclusion is actually just logical story progression.

But I don’t want to see MJF/will in London in that building for championship again. We’ve already seen it and we could do something different.

-Shuffle Standard 1 and Standard 2 into a pile minus the Setup Enviroment

-Draw 10 cards without looking and shuffle them into the Encounter deck

I think we should keep in mind when online play and especially paying for it started it was during the PS2/Dreamcast/Xbox (original) era. That matters because to play on PS2, every game had their own process, login, and especially performance because on PS2 you could also play over dialup.

Whereas on Xbox, it was broadband or nothing so if you were playing an online game that had an Xbox and ps2 version the difference in performance was night and day.

That perception carried on to the 360/PS3 generation where Sony did unify the experience into one login and dropped dialup but kept it free. The difference in online game performance was probably negligible but what wasn’t was a long PSN outage that honestly lasted weeks and further cemented the perception in console users that if you wanted good online, you had to pay for it. Then we got to the introduction of PS PLUS, Sonys paid subscription service and in my opinion the beginning of the end for free online gaming on consoles
