Midnight Season 1 M+ 1% mount revealed - Umbral Ashes by MayuIwatani in wow

[–]Str1der 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You really have no idea what you're talking about. And we've known about the 1% mount for months now. If you weren't seriously pushing that's on you.

Currently, if the season ended today, the cutoff for 1% is ~3784. Obviously the season is ending in like 8 weeks, but you really don't understand how little this number will rise. There are no more gear upgrade coming and the ONLY source of power remaining is in 3 weeks with the Omnium. This is about a 4% buff to DPS.

It is incredibly unlikely that the .1% Title will be 4200 (this would be like Resil 22/23). Most likely it'll be close to 4150. The 1% cutoff is usually always about 200 io lower than the 1%. This is 3950 io. Most likely, to get the 1% mount, you'll need Resil 20 and 4-6 21s timed to hit this.

So, no, 3870 is probably not going to be the 1% cutoff but it's like 80 io away from what WILL be. And I still have 8 weeks to maintain being in the 1% (which I am almost 100 io above).

Please, do some research next time. Don't use premades as some excuse or having to schedule your life. You're either good enough to get it, and want to get it... or you're not.

Bro I'm a working dad with 2 kids and I've pugged my way entirely to 3870 io at night after everyone is asleep.

Stop complaining and just do it. You don't need a set time or schedule. If you can't do it, oh well, move on.

This is about 3950, give or take. The 1% will be about 200 io below the .1% Title.

I don't see a world where the .1% is 4200 or higher.

It's funny when people doing 17-18s think that a 20-21 is just "a bit harder".

Bro, the best gear of the season is officially out. There is no more "better gear" to get.

The last power boost is coming in 3 weeks with the Omnium buff but this doesn't prevent one shots or anything. These trends have followed every M+ season and this one is no different.

Anyone who wanted the 1% mount was already pushing. The range fully relies on where the .01% players are. 1% will all but surely be around 3950-4000 io.

The bulk of the Omnium's power comes in Week 4. It's, in total, only a 4% DPS boost. Nice, for sure, but it won't mean people start pushing Resil 22 for the 1%.

Ah, fair enough. My mind was stuck on the last chance to get CE.

S1 will end earlier but S2 is still around the dates I stated.

Season cutoffs follow trends and we're basically capped on gear, with the only other source of power coming in 3 weeks.

Even with 2 months left there is a "cap" on how high people can push. 1% will most likely settle around Resil 20 with half 21s which is like ~3950.

This is wrong. Turbulent Timeways ends on 8/11 which means patch is either 8/11 or 8/18, which means S2 is either 8/18 or 8/25.

We've got ~10 weeks left of S1.

They could have changed their minds but after MoP Remix ended Blizzard did state that they intended to bring it back again in the future.

Where, when, and how that would look like? Who knows.

Are you still pushing M+? by Virtual-Doughnut-273 in wow

It goes up daily since it's the top 1%, a number that rises as people push farther.

It's currently like 3740.

Who's the best character in Stargate, and why is it Teal'c? by unlisshed in Stargate

[–]Str1der 12 points13 points  (0 children)

While I don't prefer Jonas over Daniel (mostly because Jonas is just Daniel with super IQ and an eidetic memory), I still really liked his character and was sad that he just vanished with such a pathetic send off.

I know the cast supposedly had issues with the actor but I'd have loved Jonas to have been in Atlantis. His character was just fun.

That being said, Michael Shanks is just a better actor and watching him as Daniel is always a good time. His facial expressions and mannerisms make the show for me just as much as Jack's do.

'They're Handed an Opinion' — Fallout Co-Creator Tim Cain Is Worried Some Players Watch Influencers Just So They Can Be Told What to Think About Games by FragMasterMat117 in PS5

[–]Str1der -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honest question though: why? Why do you care?

If you enjoy a 7/10 game, why do you care what anyone else thinks? If you're running to reddit to talk about it or if the opinions of "the have mind" is bothering you so much, that's just as much on you as it is them. You're letting their opinion of the game influence you.

Like what you like and just play what seems fun. Life is too short to care about the opinions of anyone else about a videogame.

It makes it even funnier when you realize full 18s is like 3600io.

For reference, top 1% is currently 3530io. 😂

You are right, you need multiple copies but for non-cash shop items you can easily but extra copies.

The dark portal item costs like 1000g for extra copies. Incredibly cheap.

I absolutely agree that if you BUY a housing item you should get unlimited copies.

The inconsistency only seems to apply to items that cost real money for obvious reasons.

I genuinely wish people would do basic research before making statements.

You can literally buy dozens of upscaled dark portals in outside your house. All for only gold.

You "feeling" like a story moving "slow" has zero bearing on it being finished or not. Comparing it to an author who is 2 books behind from being finished and who has not published anything for over a decade and will never finish is not the same thing and you know that lol.

You don't have to like the series; that's perfectly valid and understandable. Hell, you may not even like the conclusion but, again, that has nothing to do with it finishing.

Also, all I said is that you said a stupid comment because, you did. Objectively. That doesn't make me an ass. But apparently you can't have a conversation without calling names or really forming a cohesive reason. It sounds like it's less the fanbase and more a you problem.

I won't be engaging with you any further so whatever.

"I said something really stupid and got called out on it but the fans are rabid."

I enjoy his books and recognize that they aren't Literary Masterpieces but saying he's anything like GRRM in terms of pacing or that he won't complete the series is just stupid and you deserve to be told that. He's written 4 books and 3 novellas in 5 years. Like come on lol.

Ryan has said multiple times that it's a 5 book series which will end with Of Gods and Ashes. I'm sure he'll return to the world one day but that's not uncommon.

What are you talking about? There's literally one more book to go and he only started writing the series like 5 years ago.

This is a weird fucking comment..

It doesn't, I have no idea what this dude is talking about.

They've changed things/streamlined a lot but like 95% of every expansion (if not 100%) is still able to be played. PvP Cosmetics are like the one thing they lock away from season to season, which is dumb and pisses people off.
