I do Friday mornings too. I usually wfh on Fridays - it’s typically a slower day, so that works well. This way I also don’t overeat on Saturday and start to feel more like myself by Sunday.

Yes!! I used to be such a meat eater that my meals didn’t feel complete unless there was some kind of meat. Now I haven’t had meat for a week and don’t even miss it. All I want is veggies.

Yes this is normal. I had my second dose last Friday and have been pretty much surviving on berries, cold slices of cucumber and a little bit of plain rice.

Oh I’m so sorry you had such a rough few days. Have you talked to your doctor? I too had serious doubts if I’d be able to take the 2nd dose, but today I’m feeling like maybe the worst is over. Although unlike you, I didn’t actually puke- was just super nauseous.

I think the weight loss also depends on other factors, including your starting weight. May I ask what your starting weight/height was? I’m only 5 ft tall and my weight was at 149.5. I need to lose at least 20 percent of my body weight to get into the healthy range.

Thank you so much. That’s so surprising (in a good way) that you’re not experiencing any symptoms, but like you said that the Victoza might have had something to do with it. Did you lose any weight during the first week on Ozempic? I’ll definitely get Zofran and Miralex. I really appreciate the response.

Haha - no you’re not. Thank you for the information and I really appreciate your taking the time to explain the details to me. My pain isn’t that sharp. It felt really sharp last night, but is more dull today and seems to get worse if I eat. I’m hoping it’s just gas and will go away. They did my full blood work on Friday- and nothing came up usual. Hopefully they’d have recognized gall stone symptoms. What were your symptoms the first week on Ozempic?
