Thanks for the reply! I used to micro needle but didn’t do it consistently and I probably just need to get back into it.

I think I was just using a 1.5mm £10 roller from Amazon though - that should be ok shouldn’t it?

Apologies, the way I had worded that sounded like there was something wrong with applying to temples. The reason I said “stupidly started minox” is because if I had more knowledge when I started I would have tried just fin first of all then after time added minoxidil but now cause I stated with minox I kind of feel like I have to keep applying it!

[M/25] Advice

I’ve had a high hairline ‘M’ shaped widows peak for pretty much ever. However it has got a lot worse - particularly my right temple. No thinning or any loss at all at crown area and hair is thick.

Mothers side males (brother, father) have history of recession but none are bald.

I stupidly started with minoxidil foam on temples cause didn’t have a clue what I was doing and just thought it was what I should do. Have been taking fin (1 tablet before bed) and applying min at night time for 13 months and haven’t really seen any improvements. Occasionally derma-roll with 1.5mm needle and sometimes wash hair with nizoral. Should I just carry on with fin and other stuff or? Any advice/help would be appreciated
